When is shipping free?
In the Netherlands and Belgium from an order value of €100. In Germany, other EU countries, the United Kingdom and Norway from €150. Collection in Groningen is always free. To Switzerland and countries outside Europe, shipping is never free, but the rate decreases with a higher order value. Punching bags and puzzle mats are excluded from free shipping.
Can I choose the carrier myself?
In the Netherlands and Belgium you choose between PostNL and GLS at checkout. In Belgium you can also have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point. In other countries we select the carrier that delivers fastest and most reliably for each shipment (PostNL, DHL or GLS).
What is premium home delivery with insurance?
An additional option for the Netherlands and Belgium: your shipment is processed with priority and is insured during transport. Netherlands €9.95 (up to €100) or €3.95 (from €100), Belgium €12.95 (up to €100) or €3.95 (from €100).
What if my parcel is delayed?
First check the track & trace; sometimes a shipment is delivered later in the day or the next working day. If the status remains stuck, email us with your order number. We'll contact the carrier immediately.
I've entered the wrong address, what now?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. As long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll change it. If the shipment is already on its way, we'll try to have it changed via the carrier.

Choose your size based on the length of the shin part and the foot part of the protector (not your leg length). This model is a pull-on/elastic protector.

Tip: Undecided? The Kontact will be snug on first use and will stretch slightly after a few training sessions. If you are between two sizes or have wider calves, choose the larger size.
How do I measure for the correct size?
Measure the protector lengths as shown in the diagram: this reflects the actual coverage of the product.
- Shin part: length of the protector from just below the knee to above the ankle.
- Foot part: length of the instep protector from ankle to beginning of toes.
- Fit: Do you wear thick socks or long tights underneath? Consider 1 size larger.
- Usage: for technical sparring, a bit more coverage is comfortable; for fast pad/bag training, it can be more compact.
- Maintenance: wash at 30 °C in a wash bag and air dry to prevent shrinkage.

Goede pasvorm. Voor mij het klittenband aan de bovenzijde overbodig, maar misschien vind een ander dit juist fijn
Deze scheenbeschermers zijn perfect voor mijn zoon van 11 jaar. Hij heeft smalle benen en dankzij de velcroband bovenaan zakken de beschermers niet af en zitten ze comfortabel.
Echt topkwaliteit ben zeer tevreden! Valt wel een beetje klein waardoor ik een andere maat heb besteld.
Ik heb onlangs de Venum scheenbeschermers besteld en ben zeer tevreden over mijn aankoop. De levering verliep sneller dan verwacht, wat een fijne verrassing was. Echter, de aangegeven bezorgtijd in de post-app kwam niet helemaal overeen met het daadwerkelijke tijdstip van levering, wat enige verwarring veroorzaakte. Dit kan wellicht verbeterd worden. Verder niets dan lof: de service is snel, het product voldoet aan mijn verwachtingen, en ik zal zeker opnieuw bestellen bij The Fight Company.
