1. Organiser
The monthly contest is organised by TFC Trading Group B.V., trading as The Fight Company, Kaskinenweg 7, 9723 JL Groningen, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 83630562 (hereafter: "The Fight Company").
2. Duration
The contest runs per calendar month and is repeated each month until The Fight Company ends the promotion. Any termination will be announced in advance on the website. An ongoing contest month will always be completed in full.
3. Who Can Participate
- Participation is open to those aged 18 and over. If you are 16 or 17, you may participate with consent from your parent or guardian. The Fight Company may request proof of age or consent.
- Employees of The Fight Company and others directly involved in organising the contest are excluded from participation.
- One entry per person per contest month, regardless of the number of email addresses used.
4. How to Enter
You enter by signing up for The Fight Company's newsletter via the registration form on the website and giving consent to receive the newsletter by email. Everyone who is signed up for the newsletter at the end of a calendar month at 23:59 (Central European Time) enters the draw for that month. If you are already signed up, you automatically participate.
Entry is free. There is no purchase requirement and making a purchase does not increase your chances.
5. The Prize
One winner is drawn each month. The prize is one pair of Caged 'X' Series Boxing gloves worth €129.95. The winner chooses their own available size and colour within the Caged 'X' Series Boxing gloves. The prize is shipped free of charge. The prize is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or another product. Any gambling tax is the responsibility of The Fight Company.
6. Drawing and Announcement
The winner is drawn randomly (by lottery) from all participants of that month after the contest month ends. The winner will be notified by email at the address they registered with within 14 days after the end of the contest month. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of this notification, or does not comply with these terms, the prize is forfeited and a new winner is drawn. The winner's name will only be announced with their consent.
7. Personal Data
We use your email address and any other data only to send the newsletter and to manage the contest (such as notifying the winner and sending the prize). We do not share your data with third parties, except with service providers we use for the newsletter and shipping. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter; from that point you will no longer participate in future draws. For more information, see our privacy policy.
8. Code of Conduct
This contest complies with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance 2014.
9. Questions and Complaints
Do you have a question or complaint about the contest? Email support@thefightcompany.co.uk. We will respond within 14 days.
10. Other Terms
- The Fight Company may exclude participants for fraud, misuse or failure to comply with these terms.
- The Fight Company may modify these terms at any time or end the promotion, for example in case of force majeure, without disadvantaging participants. Any changes will be announced on this page.
- The Fight Company is not liable for damage caused by participation in the contest or use of the prize, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
- Dutch law applies to this contest.
