Use the size chart below to easily choose the right size. Measure your hip circumference for the most accurate fit. This table applies to most Venum MMA shorts, fight shorts, and compression shorts.

Tip: Venum MMA shorts and compression shorts generally run small. If you are between two sizes or have muscular thighs or wide hips, choose the larger size for more freedom of movement.
How do I measure my hip circumference?
- Use a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your hips and glutes.
- Measure over thin clothing or directly on the skin for the most accurate value.
- The tape measure should fit snugly but not be constricting.
- Compression shorts should fit tightly for support but should not feel restrictive.
