The Phantom Training Mask is designed to strengthen your respiratory muscles and prepare you for intensive sparring sessions and tough competitions. In combat sports, conditioning often decides victory or defeat. The mask helps you work at high intensity for longer and stay focused even under pressure. Suitable for MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ and Grappling.
The mask is made from medical-grade silicone and robust nylon, with an ergonomic sleeve for secure grip without slipping. The patented Phantom Regulation System (PRS) offers four individually adjustable resistance levels – from Beginner to Extreme – which you can adjust during training without removing the mask. No filters or replacement parts needed. Completely disassembled for easy cleaning and exceptionally durable.

All products are immediately available
Orders that are immediately available and placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse and picked up by PostNL or DHL. You will receive a track & trace code the same day to follow your package. PostNL or DHL delivers the order the next day to the location of your choice in the Netherlands and Belgium.
If you place an order for which all products are immediately available on Friday after 5:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday, we will ship it on Monday. In this case you will receive your order on Tuesday.
One or more products have a delivery time
In addition to our stock that is immediately available, we also have external stock. These products have a delivery time of 1 to 10 working days. This delivery time is indicated for each product in the availability. If you place an order with multiple products of which one or more products has a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to the entire order.
Punching bags & puzzle mats
Punching bags, puzzle mats and packages with different dimensions or weight are sent with an external courier service. This courier service works just like DHL with a tracking code to track your order. The delivery time for this is 1 to 2 working days.
